Registration by mail must be postmarked no later than Oct 15, 2020.

Voter Eligibility:
To vote in the state of Virginia, you must be:
- A United States citizen
- A resident of Virginia
- At least 18 years old (Any person who is 17 years old and will be 18 years of age at the next general election shall be permitted to register in advance and also vote in any intervening primary or special election)
- Not claiming the right to vote in any other state
- Not currently be declared mentally incompetent by a court of law
- Not a convicted felon, unless you have had your right to vote restored
